Cancellation Policy for Custom Work

All custom work is created specifically four your design. Any custom order will require full payment once the order is placed. At that time your order will officially be on our calendar.

Any cancellations given with more than 10 business day notice, credit will be given for future order. minus the market value of the items already created that can not be used. 

For any custom order cancelled under ten business days half of the total will be given as in-store credit minus any work that has already been made that we can't use.

When we accept custom work we like to give your cake ideas our full attention. That means we are rejecting other custom work weeks ahead of time to insure we are making the best designs we can. We can not make any exceptions to the above.

Your cake design can also be postponed for the same cake design if your date needs to be rescheduled.
